What Brenxa is, what it is not, and where your judgement remains yours.

In short

  • Brenxa is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice, and using it creates no professional relationship.
  • A recommendation is an argument, not a forecast. No outcome is guaranteed.
  • The frameworks are our interpretation of public material. They are not the people they describe, and they are not endorsed by them.
  • AI produces confident text whether or not it is correct. Check anything that matters.
  • The decision, and the responsibility for it, stays with you.

This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below are the terms that apply.

The decision is yours

Brenxa helps you think a decision through. It does not make the decision, and it does not take responsibility for it. What you do with the analysis is your call, and the consequences are yours.

This is not professional advice

Nothing Brenxa produces is financial, investment, legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Using it creates no professional relationship of any kind, and Wikrena Limited is not a licensed adviser in any jurisdiction.

If a decision carries legal, financial, medical or tax consequences, take it to someone qualified and regulated to advise on it. Brenxa is a reasoning tool you bring to that conversation better prepared, not a replacement for it.

No outcome is guaranteed

A recommendation is an argument, not a forecast. Brenxa reasons from documented frameworks and from the context you give it, and both can be incomplete or wrong.

Following its analysis will not reliably produce a good outcome, and departing from it will not reliably produce a bad one. Any figure, scenario or projection it produces is illustrative.

How the frameworks represent real people

Brenxa’s frameworks are assembled from public material: books, shareholder letters, published essays, recorded talks and interviews. They are our interpretation of how a thinker has publicly reasoned.

They are not that person. They are not endorsed by them, and no framework should be read as a statement of what its subject would say about your situation. Where a thinker has never addressed something publicly, the framework records the gap rather than filling it, and every framework carries its own documented limitations.

We never reproduce copyrighted text verbatim, and every claim drawn from a source is attributed to it. If you believe material has been used improperly, write to legal@brenxa.com and we will look at it.

AI can be confidently wrong

Brenxa is built on AI models, and AI models produce fluent, assured text whether or not what they are saying is correct. Confidence is a property of the writing, not evidence about the world.

The product is designed to reduce this: reasoning is grounded in retrieved sources, claims are attributed, and low confidence is stated rather than hidden. None of that makes it infallible. Check anything that matters.

The writing on this site

Articles published on the Brenxa blog are general commentary. They are written without knowledge of your circumstances, they are not advice directed at you, and they reflect our view at the time of writing.

Accuracy and availability

Brenxa can be wrong, out of date, or unavailable. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or current. The full position on liability is in the Terms of Service.
